Hebei Jinyi Polyester Fiber Co., Ltd. founded in 2006, we produce recycled polyester staple fiber (r-PSF / rPET) derived from post-consumer PET bottles.
We operate a fully integrated in-house recycling and spinning system, covering PET bottle crushing, washing and finished fiber manufacturing all under one roof. Supported by seven production lines, our annual production capacity reaches 200,000 tons. Our product portfolio consists of three core fiber series:
- Spinning grade fiber for yarn making and textile blending
- Filling grade fiber (2D/3D hollow, siliconized) for home textiles, plush toys and outerwear filling
- Nonwoven grade fiber tailored for spunlace, needle-punched and thermal-bonded fabric processes
Certified as a National Green Factory in China, our recycled fiber products are GRS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meeting international sustainability standards.
Spinning Grade
Developed for yarn spinning and weaving processes. This rPET fiber series features high tenacity, low elongation, and consistent spinnability. Chemically controlled to meet BPA < 1 ppm safety standards, the resulting spun yarns provide fabrics with a smooth hand-feel and high abrasion resistance.
