Spanning an expansive manufacturing facility of over 330,000 square meters with 1,200+ employees, Jinyi operates 6 advanced large-scale production lines with an annual capacity reaching 160,000 to 200,000 tons, making us one of the largest eco-friendly recycled fiber production bases in Northern China.

Spinning Yarns: Engineered with High Tenacity & Low Elongation and strict Low-BPA (Bisphenol A < 1 ppm) control, delivering virgin-like spinning performance for ring, vortex, and open-end spinning.

Non-Woven Fabrics: Tailored for diverse manufacturing processes including spunlace, needle-punched, spray-bonded, hot-air, hot-rolled, stitch-bonded, and imitation silk cotton. Widely applied in apparel, footwear, home textiles, geotextiles, filtration media, and automotive textiles.

Stuffing & Filling: Premium 2D and 3D Hollow Conjugated Siliconized (HCS) fibers featuring superior resilience, breathability, and eco-friendliness for plush toys, bedding, and furniture filling (REACH compliant).

ECDP (Easy Cationic Dyeable Polyester): Available in 1.2D, 1.4D, 5D, and 8D. Blended with wool or cashmere under normal temperature and pressure, it eliminates the need for high-pressure equipment, saving energy, minimizing fiber damage, and supporting one-bath dyeing for high-end knitwear and wool-like fabrics.
