Recycled polyester staple fiber refers to the use of polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle flakes, spinning waste silk, bubble material, and pulp blocks as raw materials. The waste bottle flakes are crushed and cleaned, and the mixture of various materials is dried, melted, extruded, spun, wound, bundled, stretched, curled (with different oils added during curling according to customer needs), heat set, and cut to form polyester staple fibers of different lengths.
